This week we are playing Mahler 7 and I get to play Eb clarinet I only play in the first and the fifth movement. The conductor is Johannes Wildner, who has been conducting us once a year since I joined the GSO. Always nice to work with him.
It has been raining today and I decided to leave my bicycle in the rehearsal hall because my rear mudflap isn’t long enough…. mud splatters…. you get the picture. I’ll go by the shop later this week to see what can be done about this. It has cooled down a lot today and the forecast isn’t that great either.
